Indiana Freemasons Membership Portal

Have you set up your MEMBER PORTAL on the Indiana Freemasons website yet?  There is a tremendous amount of information at your fingertips once you get registered there.  Search for other Brothers, access your masonic history, various masonic resources, and even pay your dues.  Setup is quick and easy.  The steps below will explain the process…

First, you need to make sure that the information in your profile is accurate (name, phone number, email, birthday and address).  To do this, you need to reach out to the Secretary of the lodge – secoaklandlodge@gmail.com.  He will help you ensure that your details are up to date.

Once you get all the information correct, go to the Indiana Freemasons website – www.indianafreemasons.com and click on the MEMBER PORTAL.  This will take you to a sign in page. 

If you do not yet have an account, you will need to create one.  The system will then have you verify some information – which is how the portal verifies your identity.  Once the portal finds you, it will send you an email with a link to continue creating your account. 

The email will include a link – click on that.  You will them be prompted to create a username and password. 

Once you have that information, you are good to go back to the Indiana Freemasons website and log on.

NOTE – occasionally when you try to create an account the system will say that it cannot find you.  Do not despair!  That means that something has been entered wrong on your profile.  Most of the time it is your birthday. Reach out to the lodge secretary who can verify / update the information.
